Shipping Within Egypt

We currently offer shipping across Egypt.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, order volume, and courier availability.

• Cairo & Giza: 2–4 business days
• Alexandria: 2–5 business days
• Other Governorates: 3–7 business days
• Remote Areas: Delivery may take additional time depending on the courier service.

Please note that delivery estimates are approximate and may be affected by weekends, public holidays, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery location and the available shipping options.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days after the order is confirmed.

Once your order has been handed over to the courier, you may receive a confirmation or tracking notification with the available delivery information.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders and locations across Egypt.

The full order amount, including any applicable delivery fees, should be paid directly to the courier upon delivery.

Please make sure that the phone number and delivery address provided at checkout are accurate and reachable to avoid delays.

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or inability to contact the customer, additional delivery arrangements or fees may apply.

Delayed or Missing Orders

For orders that are confirmed as lost or damaged during transit, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

We accept returns and exchanges on all items, provided the following conditions are met:

• Customers must submit their request within the same day of delivery to the delivery man, in case if you do not like the order or its unfit for you.
  
• Items must be in their original condition — unwashed, unaltered, and clean — with all tags attached.
  
• Size exchanges are allowed with paying the shipping fees, depending on availability of the requested size.
